To protect your privacy and data security, we have prepared this document, which explains how we process information about people who join the „Passion Clock” prayer initiative on the 24passion.org website.
In accordance with Article 13(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 (GDPR), we hereby inform you that:
1. Who is the controller of your data?
The administrator of your personal data is the organizer of the initiative. 24passion.org.

2. What data do we collect and why?
In order for the Passion Clock system to function, we collect the following data in the form:
First and Last Name: To identify the participant in the prayer schedule.
Email address: It is used exclusively for technical and organizational communication (sending information about assigned hours, reminders about hour rotations, changes in the prayer cycle).
City and Country: They are used for statistical purposes and to visualize the reach of prayer on a world map.
Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to be added to the list of participants and receive notifications about changes to the schedule.
3. How do we process your data? (How the system works)
Your data is processed automatically in a secure environment:
Database: The data is stored on Google servers (in Google Sheets), which meet the highest security standards.
Public List: On the website, we present a list of participants (First Name, Last Name, City, Country, Time) to build a prayer community. Your email address is hidden and is never published on the website.
Map: Your location is used to mark an approximate point on the prayer map.
Notifications: The email address is used by an automated system to send information about schedule changes (known as Rotation) every 24 days.
4. Who do we entrust your data to?
Your data may be processed by entities whose services we use to ensure the functioning of the website:
Google Ireland Limited: Provider of cloud services, databases, and email systems.
Hosting provider: The company that maintains the website server.
We do not sell or share your data with marketing companies. It is used solely for the statutory purposes of the prayer initiative.
5. How long do we store data?
The data is processed for the duration of your participation in the Passion Clock.
In the event of resignation (notification of your desire to unsubscribe), your data will be archived or deleted from the active database, and the sending of emails will be suspended.
6. Your rights
You have the right to:
Access to the content of your data.
Their corrections (amendments).
Deletion of data („right to be forgotten”).
Processing restrictions.
Object to processing.

7. Cookies
