RULES OF THE „GOD'S SUFFERING CLOCK” INITIATIVE”

(Effective as of November 30, 2025)

I. General provisions

1. These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for joining and participating in the „Hours of the Passion” prayer initiative, conducted via the website. 24passion.org.

2. The organizer of the initiative is the 24passion.org community (hereinafter referred to as the „Organizer”).

3. The initiative is voluntary, non-commercial, and religious. Using the website and joining in prayer is completely free of charge.

II. Purpose and Rules of Participation

1. The main goal of the initiative is to create a continuous chain of prayer, consisting of meditating on the Passion of Christ 24 hours a day.

2. Anyone who voluntarily declares their willingness to pray at a designated time can become a participant.

3. Registration for participation is tantamount to making a moral commitment to recite the assigned prayer at the designated time.

4. Absence from prayer does not result in any legal consequences; it is a spiritual obligation of the Participant.

III. Clock Operation and Hour Rotation

1. The system is based on 24-day cycles.

2. At the time of registration, the system automatically assigns the Participant a fixed prayer time (e.g., 5:00 a.m.), following the principle of equal distribution of all hours.

3. The Rotation Principle: Every 24 days, the time is automatically changed forward by one hour for all Participants (according to the pattern: 1→2, ..., 24→1).

4. By providing their email address, participants agree to receive automatic notifications informing them about:

   • Joining the Clock and the first assigned hour.

   • A change in time resulting from cyclical rotation.

   • Important organizational matters of the community.

IV. Registration and Personal Data

1. You can join the initiative by filling out the form on the „Join” page.

2. The required information is: First name, Last name, City, Country, and (optional, but recommended for notifications) Email address.

3. The participant acknowledges that his/her First name, last name, city, and country will be publicly visible. on the list of participants and on the world map available at 24passion.org. This is to build a sense of community.

4. Your email address is confidential information., hidden from other users and used exclusively for system communication with the Administrator.

V. Withdrawal from participation

1. Participation in the Passion Clock is voluntary and can be withdrawn at any time.

2. To cancel your subscription, please send an email to: admin@24passion.org.

3. After submitting your resignation:

   • The Participant's status in the database will be changed.

   • The participant will no longer receive notifications about schedule changes.

   • The Participant's data will be removed from the public map and prayer list (this may take up to 24 hours due to system updates).

VI. Technical requirements

1. To use the website and receive notifications, you must have a device with Internet access, a web browser, and an active email account.

2. The organizer makes every effort to ensure that the system operates continuously, but reserves the right to technical breaks or possible failures beyond its control (e.g., Google server failure).

VII. Final provisions

1. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. Participants (who have an email address in the database) will be notified of any significant changes by email.

2. In matters not covered by these Regulations, the relevant provisions of Polish law and the principles of mutual respect and Christian culture shall apply.
